
| Art Charges: Design, production and art services are billed at $45.00 per half hour and $85.00 per hour |
| Insert Card Printing: We utilize state-of-the-art digital printing and premium 65lb. Bright White paper on orders of 6,000 units or less. If a job must be offset printed or a special paper stock is required additional charges may apply. |
| Box Printing: Generally all orders below 5,000 units will be digitally printed four-color-process on 14 pt. Kromekote. Orders 5,000 units and above are printed four-color-process offset with aqueous coating on 18 pt. Box dimensions, design and color will affect how the box is printed and what stock is used. Please inquire for specifics surrounding particular designs for exact specifications. |
| Cancellations: Cancellation charges apply to all costs incurred prior to cancellation request and are due immediately. Simply Smashing reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any incurred freight for cancelled orders. |
| Color Match: We will match PMS or swatch colors as close as possible at no charge. This still might not provide an exact match. Only near tonal values may be expected. |
| Custom Shapes and Boxes: Custom shaped t-shirts are available for a one-time setup fee of $1500.00. Custom box and packaging design are available for a one-time custom quoted setup fee. Setup fee is due paid in full prior to custom mold or packaging fabrication. Simply Smashing retains all rights associated with ownership of custom molds, boxes and packaging. |
| Customer Supplied Imprinted Goods: Product may be shipped directly to Simply Smashing from a Manufacturer/Supplier on the following terms: (1) Written purchase order copy is received prior to product arrival. (2) Follow Simply Smashing instructions for shipping to the factory. (3) Incoming shipments requiring excessive sorting and handling will be subject to a $15.00 per hour service charge. (4) To ensure that order ships complete, please include a small overage of 1.5%. We will package, ship and bill for all goods received. Simply Smashing will retain three units from every order for quality control purposes. Simply Smashing accepts no responsibility for customer-supplied goods. |
| Contract screen-printing: Customer supplied blank product for contract imprinting must not be shipped directly to Simply Smashing. Always call for ship to address. We will accept product at our imprint facilities from a manufacturer/supplier on the following terms: (1) Shipping address obtained from Simply Smashing (2) Written purchase order has been received prior to product arrival (3) Boxes are clearly marked with distributor name, distributor purchase order number, Simply Smashing job number, box count, and shipment includes a detailed packing list. Incoming shipments requiring excessive sorting and handling will be subject to a $15.00 per hour handling charge. To ensure that your order ships complete, please include a 1.5% overage. We will print, package, ship and bill for all goods received. Simply Smashing will retain three units from every order for quality control purposes. Simply Smashing accepts no responsibility for customer provided goods. |
| Defects: Customer reserves the right of refusal on misprinted goods. If refused, Simply Smashing reserves the right to recoup damages by selling rejected goods or donate to a charity at full or discounted prices. |
| Imprint Size/Location: Due to a variety of product imprint limitations, imprint size will often vary to the goods to be printed. Simply Smashing will size to best fit imprint area unless customer supplies specific sizing instructions. |
| Laundering Compressed Goods: Creasing associated with the compression process will fade with normal laundering. |
| Orders: Must be expressed in writing with a numbered and signed Purchase Order (either by fax or mail) to avoid unnecessary errors. Changes to in-house orders must be in writing and signed and dated for verification. All orders for dated events must be marked with a deadline use date. |

| Production Time: Production times are calculated from the time Simply Smashing receives the complete order and final art approvals. Normal production times for full service compressed t-shirt orders of 6,000 pieces or less is fifteen working days. Normal production time for packaging only compressed t-shirt orders of 6,000 pieces or less is ten working days (from the date we receive t-shirts). Additional SmashBox and SmashWrap packaging options will increase production time. Custom shape t-shirt molds, custom designed boxes and wraps production times will be quoted on a per job basis. Production times on t-shirt orders above 6,000 units and all towel compression orders will be quoted on a per job basis. Normal production time on SniftyPak tissue orders of 5,000 units or less is fifteen working days. SniftyPak tissue orders above 5,000 units will be quoted on a per job basis. Normal production time on Your Brand Golf is fifteen working days for orders that Simply Smashing provides the ball, and ten working days for packaging customer provided balls (from the date we receive the balls). Orders may take additional production time depending on the complexity of artwork, proofs required, order quantity and existing production load. No allowance is made for art revisions, changes to the order or other circumstances beyond our control (increased lead time may result). |
| Proofs: Will be provided and must be signed for approval before production begins. Fax or e-mail proofs are available at no charge. Color paper proofs are also available at no charge although customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred. Simply Smashing is not responsible for delays due to unsigned proofs, shipping of color proofs, or other delays associated with pre-production proofs. Delays in approving proofs may lead to additional charges. |
| Pre-production proofs: Pre-production proofs are available upon request and priced on a per job basis and will increase production time. Pre-production proofs are not available for all products. Contact Simply Smashing for price and availability. |
| Color Match Proof: Color match proofs on large box orders are available. |
| Returned Checks: There will be a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks and account will then be placed on prepay status. |
| Returns: Complaints must be registered within three days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return entire shipment. Please send a few samples for inspection first. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number provided by Simply Smashing. Please review all merchandise upon receipt of order. Simply Smashing will not accept goods modified or changed from original condition when shipped. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after thirty days from ship date. |
| Rush Orders: Rush service is available at an additional charge. Rush service is any job needed before standard production time requirements. Up charges vary from same day service on compression only jobs to moving jobs forward in production schedule. Conditions are: (1) Limited quantities/orders accepted daily. (2) Terms must be established before receipt of order. (3) Rush orders only accepted if production allows. Call for availability. Delay of freight carrier does not affect rush charges. Additional charges incurred for rush charges do not include freight. |
| Shipping: Items will be shipped FOB shipping point. Usual shipping point is Oakhurst, California although in some cases FOB shipping point may vary. All orders will ship UPS unless otherwise specified. We intend to ship your order as soon as possible and there may be occasions where we ship prior to requested ship date. If you don't want an order to ship before a specific date, mark your order "DO NOT SHIP BEFORE (date)". Completed orders where shipment delayed by distributor or end customer beyond original ship date will be billed for storage and additional handling incurred. Overseas orders are complete when shipped from factory. Once your order has left our warehouse we are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. Split shipments will be billed out at $15.00 per location. Additional handling required for split shipments or special packaging requests will be billed out at $15.00 per hour. Late changes on shipping may require additional handling charges and cause delays. |
| Terms: Terms for new customers will be prepay (certified check including estimated freight) until our completed and signed credit application is returned and terms are approved. Cash in advance orders are not scheduled for production until payment is received. Upon approved credit a 50% deposit is required on all orders with the balance due net 30 from the date of shipment. Past due invoices are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month which is an annual service charge of 18%. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted with required signature, and a 2% fee will apply to all credit card charges. |
| Trademarks: Trademark usage of any kind submitted by the customer will be accepted by the factory as being in full compliance of the law. Simply Smashing hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance of submitted or approved artwork. Customer agrees to hereby hold Simply Smashing harmless in any actions or expense that may arise as a consequence of such material submitted with their purchase order. Simply Smashing reserves the right to use finished product samples for advertising and self-promotion. |
